Mango Margarita Recipe

Mangoes or 20 oz Frozen Mango
Cubed

Lime Juice

Tequila

Cointreau

handfuls Ice Cubes
Sea Salt or Chili Powder for the glass rims

Instructions
Peel and remove the pit of the mangoes and cut them into cubes. If using frozen mango, skip to step 3.
Add the mango cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for 2-4 hours.
Place the ice, frozen mango, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau in a blender.
Blend until smooth. *I use a Blendtec and the smoothie setting works perfectly.
If desired, use a lime wedge to moisten the rims of the glasses and then dip the rims in a plate of salt or chili powder.
Pour the mango mixture into the glasses and garnish with a lime slice and mint leaves. Enjoy!
