Easter Puppy Chow
An Easter spin on the classic Puppy Chow Recipe! Crispy rice cereal coated with peanut butter, chocolate and powdered sugar with tasty Easter candies mixed in!

mini-marshmallows
Easter themed sprinkles
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper, and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 minute.
Stir well, and heat again for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the chex cereal and toss until well coated.
Take two gallon storage bags, and divide the powdered sugar between the two bags.
Take the first bag, and add half of the coated chex cereal.
Shake well to coat the cereal in the sugar.
Once well coated, pour the cereal onto your parchment lined baking sheet.
Repeat this with the other bag of sugar and the remaining coated cereal.
Allow the chex about an hour to set, then add the M&Ms, marshmallows, and sprinkles, and enjoy!
Notes
This delicious dessert snack mix will keep in an airtight container, at room temperature, for up to a week (if it lasts that long!)
