of pre-made salsa**
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Begin by cutting your avocados in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh out of the skin with a large spoon.
Place avacado in bowl and smash with a fork until broken down.
Add onion, cucumber, cilantro, and salsa and mix until incorporated.
Give your lime a good roll on your cutting board and then slice in half and juice into bowl, mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
*Pickling cucumbers or English cucumbers work great here because they have very fine seeds. If using regular cucumbers, remove seeds first.
**Choose your favorite salsa flavor. A nice smokey salsa works great here!
