BBQ Chicken Empanadas
Combine some rotisserie chicken with store bought crescent roll dough to create this quick and easy appetizer!

Crescent Roll Dough
1/2

Rotisserie Chicken
shredded

cup
BBQ Sauce
3/4
cup
Mozzarella Cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Roll out your Crescent dough and use circle cutter to cut circles of dough.
Shred Rotisserie Chicken with forks and add BBQ sauce to coat heavily
Add Chicken Mixture to one side of the dough circles
Top chicken mixture with cheese
Fold over and press the seams with a fork
Bake for 9 minutes
