Soft, kissable lips are what we all want at Valentine’s Day right? Get them fast with this easy, DIY Valentine Sugar Lip Scrub Recipe! Easy to make, safe to use, and works perfectly to relieve lips of chapped and rough skin!
I recently shared my Valentine Lotion Bars. If you pair this scrub with a lotion bar you have a sweet Valentine’s gift for your favorite person!
Sugar scrub is wonderful for so many different reasons! I made this Lemon Coconut Sugar Scrub for your hands and body and adjusted the recipe slightly to make it perfect for a Valentine Sugar Lip Scrub.
These heart containers are the perfect size! Not too big, not too small!
The scrub is easy and safe to use (oh and did I mention delicious?!) Yeah, that too! I take small amount of the scrub and gently rub it on my lips like I would a lip balm. Then I move my lips back and forth. I use my finger to make sure I get the edges of my lips well as that is normally where the dry crackly skin is. Rinse with some water and enjoy smooth kissable lips!

Supplies for Valentine Sugar Lip Scrub:
- Sugar (regular granulated is perfectly fine!)
- Coconut Oil
- Vitamin E
- Strawberry flavor oil (optional)
- Heart Containers
- Washi Tape
How to Make Sugar Scrub for Lips
Start by mixing your Sugar, Coconut Oil and Vitamin E in a small bowl. You are done. Ha! I told you it was easy. I am not even kidding you can totally stop there and it’s perfect!
If you want to add flavoring, I like to use 1 drop of LorAnn’s Strawberry flavor oil.
I added the mix to the containers and placed the lid on top and used a piece of washi tape to seal them in place!

How cute is this!! Such a clever idea, especially with Valentine’s Day coming up!
I wonder if I would actually keep these around, instead of losing them like the million chapstick tubes I find in random places whenever I clean my car. Maybe because I would make it myself, it would be like my little heart baby and I would cherish it and never want to abandon it and have the little baby end up in a chapstick orphanage…
I’m comparing lip balms to discarded children… Can you tell it’s been a long week? Hahaha
Can’t wait to see what else you come up with! I like these beauty-type tips!
