Paper Cutter or Pair of Scissors
Washi Tape
Xacto Knife

You can choose Valentine’s Day sunglasses (heart shapes, red, purple, pink colors) or regular accessory sunglasses in primary colors! Both work perfectly for these printable cards.

How to Make Sunglass Valentine’s Day Cards

Time needed: 15 minutes

Grab a free printable file then add some cute sunglasses to make these fun sunglasses Valentines perfect for a non-candy class valentine for school!

Download & Print
Download the free printable sunglass valentine file below and then print on your home printer. I recommend printing on white card stock – 110 lb weight paper.
Cut out the Valentine Cards
Using a paper cutter or pair of scissors, cut out the valentine cards.
Add Slits for Sunglasses
Carefully use a Xacto knife and cut slits where the grey lines are marked inside the heart on the card.
Add Sunglasses
Slip the arms of the sunglasses through the slits and close.
Secure suing Washi Tape
Secure the sunglasses to the valentine card using washi tape! You can use a valentine’s print or not, your choice!
Sign the Cards
Have your child sign the cards under the “from” field. They can use a pen, pencil, or marker.
Pass out to classmates!
