TIP: wipe the inside of a plastic ornament with a dryer sheet and it will drastically cut down the static cling that happens when you add the foam snow balls.

How to Make an Amazon Ornament

Time needed: 20 minutes

Create a cute Amazon Ornament from Miniature Amazon Boxes with plastic dollar store ornaments.

Print and Cut the Box Template
Print and cut out the box template. There are detailed instructions on the downloads.
Assemble Boxes
Using a tape runner, assemble the boxes.
Cut Styrofoam Ball in Half
Carefully cut in half using a Styrofoam knife or other serrated knife.
Hot Glue to Ornament Lid
Hot glue the Styrofoam half to the inside of the ornament lid. This will give your boxes some height and let you use less fake snow!
Stack Boxes and add Tree
Using Hot Glue stack boxes and add tree if desired. Keep in mind it needs to fit into the opening of the ornament so keep it pretty centered on the foam ball.
Add Fake Snow
Dump some fake snow in your ornament.

TIP: swipe the inside of the ornament with a dryer sheet and that will help tremendously with the static cling of the fake snow on the plastic ornament.
Carefully add the lid with Boxes
Carefully insert the lid into the ornament and screw on and turn right side up.
