I picked everything up at my local dollar store! Including the mason jar! The ribbon & cotton balls I already had at home but they have ribbon and cotton balls too! :) Pick any small assortment of nail goodies to fill your jar!
If you are shopping on Amazon, here are some of my favorite nail polish sets and tools to include in your gift pack. They include nudes, berry shades, and sparkles of course!
Depending on the jar size, you can include several shades of nail polish or even supplies for a gel manicure! Mix and match glitter options with solid lacquers or include their favorite brand of polis such as OPI or Essie! You can even pick up some mini polishes, they are smaller but you can fit more!
Olive & June is a great brand. Their nail products are vegan, cruelty-free, and 15-free, meaning they are free of the 15 most toxic ingredients commonly found in nail polish.
Also, look for nail polish gift sets, these packs are great because mine included the file, nail brush, cuticle pusher and nail clippers all in the same fun pink shade!
How to assemble a DIY nail polish gift set in a jar
I unwrapped all my contents and carefully placed them inside the jar. You may need to puzzle piece this to get it all to fit. I then filled the void space at the top with the cotton balls so nothing would hit against the glass jar.
Then I added some ribbon around the jar lid and then printed off the birthday tag and attached it with some twine.
This couldn’t be easier and it’s a great gift idea that is inexpensive so you can give one to all your special girls!! How nice would it be to receive a cute package like this on your birthday?? Skip the nail salon, this is the perfect nail kit for anyone who loves a manicure or pedicure!
