If you can read this, pumpkin spice me funny saying socks!

Funny Saying socks are super popular right now and are so very easy to make on your own! You can customize the sayings to nearly almost any occasion! The leaves are changing color and the temperature is dropping here so I am busting out some Fall Funny Saying Socks with these “If you can read this Pumpkin Spice me”!

These can be made so simply with an electronic cutting machine such as a Silhouette or Cricut and some iron on. Today I will be using my Cricut Maker and my EasyPress 2 with a mat. You can certainly use an iron but I really do love how well the EasyPress works!

Supplies for Funny Saying Socks:

A few things before we get started. Let’s talk Iron-on. I love SportFlex iron on because it has a bit of stretch to it. It works wonderfully for socks that stretch over feet! You can use regular iron on as well, especially if your socks are not on the smaller size.

Socks: I love to find socks at my local Dollar Tree! They have these men’s work socks that work wonderfully. That is where I picked up these orange toe & heel ones. You can also find them on Amazon.

How to Make If You Can Read This Socks:

OK let’s get started! Upload the file I provide below into Cricut Design Space. Make sure the size will fit your socks! If not, simply resize the designs.

Next, you will click “Make It” in the upper right-hand corner.

Be sure to MIRROR your design by clicking the switch on the left panel. This is very important for Iron-on.

Click Continue. Select your material which will be iron on or SportFlex and then Load your mat and Cut by pressing the flashing C on your machine!

Next, you will use the weeding hook to remove the excess iron on from your design.

You can either use the smaller EasyPress 2 which is the 6×7 size or use the regular size which is 9×9 and do both socks at once! That is what I am using today along with the 12×12 EP Mat!

I consulted the recommended heat settings chart for the EasyPress, set my temperature and time and then pressed the socks at the same time. If you are using the EasyPress Mat you may warm peel the carrier sheet for SportFlex. If you are not using the mat, it is recommended to cool peel.
