How to Make a Halloween Mummy Craft
Time needed: 10 minutes
Basic supplies can turn into an adorable Halloween Mummy and makes the perfect kids craft! This craft is fun to do with groups!
- Print & Cut the template
Print the template and cut it out.
- Cut Mummy from Black Paper
Use the template to trace the shape onto black paper. Cut the mummy from either black cardstock, thick construction paper or poster board.
- Attach the Eyes
I used hot glue so that they set quickly. If young kids are working on this independently, you can have them use school glue to attach the googly eyes to the black cutout.
- Attach the Yarn
Using a small piece of masking tape, attach the end of the yarn to the back of the template.
- Wrap the Yarn to create a Mummy
Get wrapping! Wrap the yarn in alternating directions to create mummy bandages.
- Secure the end of the Yarn
When finished wrapping, cut the yarn and secure it with another piece of masking tape or a dot of hot glue.
