DIY S’mores Bar

A summer favorite of ours is to spend time on our patio and roast s’mores.  I was thrilled to partner with Enbrighten Café Lights by Jasco to make our outdoor patio the perfect place to get our summer fun on!  And by Summer Fun, I mean a DIY S’mores Bar!

If you stopped by here recently you might have noticed some work going into our patio.  We are trying to create the perfect outdoor space to visit with friends and family, enjoy the weather, have some drinks and roast some marshmallows!

When it gets darker out, the fire pit was not offering enough light to see what we were doing in terms of s’more creation and I knew these awesome café string lights would be the perfect addition to the pergola to create the perfect ambiance for our evenings outside.

Why would we need to see what we are doing you ask?  Well because if you have a s’mores bar, you need to see the masterpieces you are creating!

Ideas for a S’mores Bar:

• Graham Crackers (chocolate/regular/cinnamon)
• Ritz Crackers
• Cookie Wafers
• Marshmallows (regular/chocolate/strawberry)
• Chocolate (milk/dark/white/cookies-n-cream/caramel filled/other flavor filled squares)
• Candy Bars (Mr. Goodbar/kit-kats/rolos/snickers bites/peanut butter cups)
• Cinnamon Gummy Bears
• Caramels

Some great combinations I love are:

• Chocolate Graham Crackers – Cookies-n-Cream Chocolate candy bar – regular marshmallow
• Cinnamon Graham Crackers – milk chocolate – regular marshmallow with a cinnamon gummy bear stuffed inside before roasting
• Ritz crackers – peanut butter cup – regular marshmallow
• Regular Graham Cracker – dark chocolate – strawberry marshmallow
• Regular Graham Cracker – regular marshmallow with a Rolo candy stuffed inside before roasting

As you can see we needed to see what we were doing and the Enbrighten Café String Lights are amazing!!  They are LED, energy efficient and you never have to replace them!

They are the perfect outdoor lights because they are impact resistance, weather proof and 3 crazy boy proof!  {wink}

They are perfect on our pergola and make the space feel like a homey and perfect place to relax the night away.  They are built tough so you can keep them up year round!  I bet these would look amazing covered in snow!!
