I am love with this fabulous recipe for Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake! Perfect for chilly days paired with your favorite hot beverage!
What I love about this recipe is that the cake itself is not too sweet, but the crunchy crumbly topping gives it all the sweetness it needs! Paired with some chocolate mint coffee…it’s about perfection on a plate!

Mmmmmmm….looks yummy! Hey, I wanted to tell you, I tried the Gooey Pumpkin Cake you posted for Thanksgiving! “How do I love thee, let me count the ways” doesn’t come close to expressing my love for it! Even though I messed up and put 2 (count ’em, TWO) cubes of butter (real butter) in the crust! Wondered why it was so sticky. DUH! I will make it correctly next time (maybe) but it didn’t hurt the outcome a bit! Thanks so much for a “new” T-day tradition!! Dona

Great coffee cake. I really like the combination of chocolate and pecans and cinnamon, and especially the fact that it’s kind of yeast-cake (I love working with yeast)
