Hi.  My Name is Cheryl and I love Cheesecake!  There I said it!  I really, really love cheesecake!  In honor of my cheesecake cravings, I am sharing with you today my super simple and delicious Cheesecake Dip Recipe!

If you remember a few weeks back I shared my recipe for Cheesecake Frosting on my Surprise Strawberry Cupcakes.  Almost same ingredients but a bit different consistency.  To be honest give me both of the recipes at the same time as a giant slice of real cheesecake and I will die happy :)

It’s creamy, its sweet but not too sweet that you can’t eat the whole bowl!  <—Consider yourself warned…that was it right there!  This dip is great for craft nights, pot lucks, or just a plain old Tuesday night!  I like to serve it with Vanilla Wafers, Animal Crackers, Graham crackers, Graham cookies, Strawberries and it goes excellent on your pointer finger as well :)

Ingredients

• ▢ 8 ounces cream cheese, softened, 1 package
• ▢ 2 tablespoons butter
• ▢ 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• ▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cook ModePrevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

 

• Beat the cream cheese and butter until blended and creamy.
• Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Whip until soft and fluffy.
• Told you it was easy ;-)
