The Bunny is not quite as big of a deal as the jolly gift giver however he still holds a magical spot in my boys’ lives so I am going to hang onto that magic for them as long as I can. They requested a Carrots for the Easter Bunny plate and I was happy to oblige!

HOW TO MAKE AN EASTER BUNNY PLATE
Time needed: 30 minutes
Create personalized Carrots for the Easter Bunny plate with an electronic cutting machine and some vinyl and transfer tape!
- Upload the SVG to your cutting machine software.
Upload the SVG design into your respective software. Silhouette Studio for Silhouette Users and Cricut Design Space for Cricut Users.

How to Upload an SVG into Cricut Design Space - Add your child/ren’s names to personalize the plate.
I add a circle shape that is the size of my plate. This helps me visualize sizing and placement. I am using Cricut Design Space today for this tutorial.
Use the text tool to add the names and size accordingly.
If you are feeling fancy you can even use the Curve Tool in Cricut Design Space or the Curved Text Feature in Silhouette Studio. - Cut your Vinyl.
Next, you will cut your vinyl using your cutting machine. If you need detailed instructions I have linked them below.
**Don’t forget to delete the circle shape before you cut!

How to Cut Vinyl on a Silhouette - Weed your vinyl
After cutting your vinyl you will need to “weed” the excess vinyl away from your design. Use a weeding hook to easily do this.
- Apply The Vinyl Design
Using the transfer tape, apply the design to your plate. You can find detailed instructions on applying vinyl here as well as tips and tricks to prepare your blank so the vinyl sticks perfectly.
