Baseball Pretzel Bites Ingredients:
- Bite Size Pretzels
- Wilton Candy Melts in White (Use Yellow if you need these for softball!)
- Red Wilton Food Writer Pen
(If you happened to like my Basketball Pretzel Bites then you can get the pack of 5 Food Writers. That pack has both red and black markers!)
How to Make Baseball Pretzel Bites
- Place a single layer of pretzels on a baking sheet.
- Then add a white candy melt on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes. You want the candy melts to melt onto the pretzels, but not get so melted that they lose their circle shape. Allow the melts to cool completely.
- Use the red food writer pen to draw the baseball seams and stitches onto the cooled and re-hardened candy melt.
TIP: To get the best results from the pen on the candy melt. Your candy melt needs to be completely solid. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes before you start to write.
Below you can see the difference. The sketchy side is when they were just solid from sitting on the counter. The nice clean side was after I popped them in the freezer for a few minutes.
Now you are ready to eat…I mean share some super cute Baseball Snacks at the ballpark! Be the best baseball mom and package these up in cute little bags with ribbons in your team colors.

Hi! Where do you find the specialty whites chocolates you use? Not sure I’ve ever s even at our local grocery store- and the pen as well!
Thanks!!
Cheryl Spangenberg says
Hi Katie, I linked to them in the post in the supply list to order online or I normally pick them up at JoAnns, Michael’s or Hobby Lobby.

How far in advance can you make these for a party?
Cheryl Spangenberg says
Hi Sarah, I’d say they would last a week in an airtight container.
Karen says
Can you freeze these?
Cheryl Spangenberg says
I do not recommend freezing them. Freezing the candy melts is not recommended as it will change the water content, cosistency and flavor. Store in an airtight container.

Great idea! We did baseballs and team colors for snacks and they taste great! We didn’t have as much luck with the red pen, but they still look cute!
