Bingo Game Supplies:
- White Cardstock – You can use regular paper but white cardstock (80#) is best.
- Home Printer
- Scissors or Paper Cutter
- Bingo Chips – Get creative for bingo markers! You can use candy corn, Hershey kisses, or even a marker and cross off the spots when called.
If you would like to reuse these cards either same day or for the next year, consider laminating the individual bingo cards as well as the calling cards. You can find my favorite laminator as well as how to laminate and how to laminate small items like the calling cards on this past post.
How to Prepare Thanksgiving Bingo Cards
Start off by grabbing the free printable Thanksgiving bingo game and calling cards download below. then, print on 80lb white cardstock. 65lb will work fine also!
There are 10 full-page cards or 5 half-page cards and 1 calling card sheet included in the package.
Next, use scissors or a paper cutter to separate the half-page bingo printable sheets and also cut apart the individual calling cards.
Laminate if desired. I linked my tutorial for the laminator above.
How to Play Thanksgiving Bingo
This fun Thanksgiving game is played just as a classic game of bingo. Each player is given a unique card. One player is the bingo caller and will choose a calling card from a bowl, cup or pile and announce the card to the players. If you have that picture on your bingo boards you can mark it off.
The winner is the first person who connects a straight line vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. Four Corners is also a winning play, but if you are allowing 4 corners, you must announce that before the game begins.
This fun game is great for classrooms, small groups, and families of all ages.
Winners may simply own bragging rights or you can award prizes! Your choice.
