Today’s Blog hop features over 8 Free Banner SVG files including my contribution of a Miss to Mrs. Banner that is the perfect decor for a bridal shower! I made this one for my sister’s wedding shower! You can customize it to any color or theme!
You can use this Miss to Mrs banner for a bridal shower or bachelorette party! Customize the colors of cardstock to use patterned paper to play off the theme of your shower or party!
My sister chose coral and gray for her colors so I went with the same colors in cardstock and added some colored ribbon tassels to the ends. We hung it on the mantel and put a chair that the bride could open presents from in front of it. Made for a great backdrop!

How to Make a Banner
Time needed: 20 minutes
Use cardstock and a free Miss to Mrs. Banner SVG file to create a cute bridal shower or bachelorette party banner. Mix and match colors and patterns to fit your theme.
- Upload the Banner SVG to your cutting machine software
After you download the banner SV G below, upload it to your cutting machine software. Here are detailed tutorials below for Cricut & Silhouette.
– How to upload SVG files to Cricut Design Space
– Upload SVG files to Silhouette Studio - Size the Banner Files
With all layers selected, resize the banner files if needed. I used size 4.5″ x 3.9″ for my pieces.
- Cut the cardstock
Cut the cardstock hexagon backers and the letters from cardstock.
- Glue the Letters onto the Banner Backers
Glue one letter, heart, or the word ‘to’ onto a hexagon shape using a tape runner. Center the letters/shapes inside the hexagon.
- Assemble the banner,
Unroll your ribbon from the spool and find the center. Lay it out and place your hexagons evenly spaced. Adjust until centered and evenly spaced. Use hot glue gun and glue sticks to adhere the hexagons to the ribbon
- Add Ribbon Tassels
Cut several 1′ lengths of pink and white ribbon. Bundle the ribbon pieces together and tie on to the banner ribbon at the ends. This gives the banner some extra appeal.
- Hang the Banner
Hang the banner using my favorite, 3M command hooks! It will make the perfect addition to your bridal shower decor.
Miss to Miss Banner Variations
- You can use any shape for your banner flags. Replace the hexagons with pennants, circles, flags or hearts.
- Mix and match patterns and solids. I did two solids here but you can mix and match to your theme!
- You can attach the banner flags using small clothes pins for a more farmhouse feel.
