30 Free Family SVG Files

Enjoy this excellent collection of 30 Free Family SVG Files. These family-themed cut files are perfect to use with your cutting machine such as a Cricu or Silhouette as well as a sublimation printer or laser such as an xTool or Glowforge.

What is an SVG?

All of the designs below will include a digital download SVG design. You can use the SVG with a cutting machine, such as a Cricut or a Silhouette, as well as use the file with a laser such as an xTool.

You can use any of the Cricut machines including Cricut Maker, Cricut Joy, and Cricut Explore Air as well as the Silhouette machines including the silhouette cameo, portrait, or curio.

NOTE: Users who have the FREE version of Silhouette Studio will need to utilize the DXF file. Silhouette Studio Designer Edition and above will allow the upload of an SVG file.

Many of the designs below may also offer other files that are included in a zip file with the free SVG. Digital file types include jpg and png files as well as dxf files or eps files.

Png and jpeg files are often used in print. Use with your home computer to make greeting cards, stationery, banners, frameable printables, wall art, etc. These files can also be used with Cricut’s Print then Cut and Silhouette’s Print and Cut options.

Dxf and eps files are design files that can also be used with a cutting machine or laser. These files normally consist of lines only, no colors or layers involved. They can easily be used but will require more finessing in the program than an SVG would require.
