Print this handy conversion chart to make cooking and baking a breeze! Use the SVG with your Cricut or Silhouette machine to add a vinyl cooking conversion table on the inside of your cabinet door!
My small people are pretty handy in the kitchen! I love that they love to help me and bake/cook on their own as well! We are getting more and more cooking measurements questions and I thought a handy cooking conversions chart would certainly be wonderful for them, and me!
If you are new around here, you will soon learn that I like options! I like to have options to choose from as well as give YOU options for what works best for you! For that reason, I have PRINTABLE cooking conversion tables (in all the different colors <–again options!) as well as an SVG file if you would prefer to NOT print it and hang it but add vinyl to your cabinet door.
I am also trying to get my kids to do more looking/seeing versus simply yelling “Hey Alexa, how many teaspoons are in a tablespoon?” as they normally do currently…

Kitchen Measurement Conversions Chart
This chart will help convert recipe measurements for liquid ingredients including ounces (oz), pints (pt), gallons (gal), tablespoon (tbsp), and quarts (qt). It will also convert a tablespoon to tsp.
Printable Conversion Table Supplies:
- White Cardstock
- Home Printer (or take this file to you local print shop)
- Laminator (optional, but wonderful for the kitchen!)
- Laminator Sheets 9×12 size
TIP: You can order all your supplies online and choose store pick up, drive through pick up or delivery!
For the printable version: simply print the chart in your color choice on white cardstock. I highly recommend laminating it. This will not only extend the life of the conversion chart, but it will help to make it easy to clean as we all know you will follow the conversion with flour or sauce-covered finger {wink} You can find detailed laminating instructions here.
Vinyl Kitchen Conversion Chart Supplies:
- Cricut or Silhouette Machine (Amazon | Cricut)
- Craft Vinyl & Transfer Tape (Amazon | Cricut | Expressions Vinyl)
- Weeding Tool & Scraper from Basic Tool Kit (Amazon | Cricut)
- Rubbing Alcohol/paper towels
For the vinyl version: Upload the SVG file into Cricut Design Space. Size according to your cabinet door and click Make It. Click continue on the mat screen and then select your machine, material and follow the on-screen prompts to cut the vinyl. Weed any excess vinyl using a weeding hook and transfer your design to transfer tape. Clean your cabinet door with rubbing alcohol before applying the vinyl. Carefully remove the transfer tape and enjoy!

You could also use some Iron on and an EasyPress to make this adorable tea towel!

Hi Cheryl, I have received most of your emails, but I never received this one with the lovely chart. Anyway, thank you for all the freebies.

I appreciate all of the freebies! However, I just received an email from you with the following password: twcsprintables2016. When I put that in the password box, it tells me it’s the wrong password. I literally pasted it directly from the email I received moments ago and confirmed it was copied correctly. Please help!
